JANI-WORKS Cleaning & Disinfecting

    How We Quote

A walkthrough, a written scope, and a price that holds

No square-footage guesswork over the phone and no estimate that drifts once the work starts. Here is exactly what happens between your first call and your first clean.

    The Process

Five steps, about two weeks end to end

Most accounts go from first contact to first clean inside two weeks. Larger multi-site programs take longer, and we'll tell you that up front rather than after the walkthrough.

    1. Step 1

      Tell us about the building

Square footage, facility type, how many days a week you need coverage, and any compliance requirements your sector carries. Five minutes on the phone or through the quote form.

      Same business day

    2. Step 2

      We walk the site

An owner or account manager visits in person. We measure the real cleanable area, look at floor types, restroom counts, traffic patterns and after-hours access — the things that actually drive labor hours.

      Within 2–3 business days

    3. Step 3

      We build the scope

A written, task-level scope of work: what gets cleaned, how often, and to what standard. Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic tasks are listed separately so nothing is ambiguous later.

      2–3 business days

    4. Step 4

      You get a fixed proposal

One page, one number, no per-visit surprises. It lists the scope, the schedule, the crew size, our insurance limits, and the term. If something isn't in the scope, it isn't in the price.

      Delivered in writing

    5. Step 5

      Start date and onboarding

We set up JANI-QC checklists for your site, introduce your account manager, and run a supervised first week so the crew learns the building before the routine settles.

      Typically within 2 weeks

    What You Receive

Everything in the proposal, in writing

A cleaning contract is only as good as its scope document. Ours lists tasks individually and separates frequencies, so both sides can point at the same page when a question comes up six months in.

    • Task-level scope of work
    • Service frequency and schedule
    • Crew size and supervision plan
    • Certificate of insurance and limits
    • JANI-QC inspection checklist
    • Term, pricing and escalation terms
