    How We Operate

    What this sector actually requires

Cleaning a facility in this category carries obligations a generic janitorial scope doesn't cover. These are the ones we build into the program.

    01

    Manufacturer image standards

Presentation is audited by the OEM. Glass, flooring and lounge condition are inspected against that standard on every visit.

    02

    Showroom glass discipline

Large glazed elevations are cleaned streak-free on a set frequency, including entry doors and delivery bays.

    03

    Service-area methods

Degreasing and oil-tolerant floor cleaning in bays and the service drive, using equipment rated for the soil load.

    04

    Zero sales disruption

Work is scheduled before opening or after close so showroom traffic and vehicle deliveries are never obstructed.

    Our Method

    How we clean auto dealerships

A dealership is three different buildings under one roof. The showroom is a retail presentation space judged against a manufacturer image standard, the lounge is hospitality, and the service department is light industrial with oil on the floor. Cleaning them on one scope and one product set is why dealership accounts usually underperform.

    1. Scope each zone to what it actually is

Showroom, lounge, restrooms, offices, service drive, write-up lanes and technician bays are workloaded separately with their own frequencies, products and equipment. Averaging them into a single square-foot rate under-serves the bays and over-serves the offices.

    2. Showroom glass on a disciplined cycle

Large glazed elevations, entry doors and delivery bays are cleaned streak-free on a set frequency, worked in a consistent direction and finished with a dedicated cloth. Showroom glass is the single most visible element your OEM audits and the easiest to get visibly wrong.

    3. Display flooring treated as presentation, not utility

Showroom floor is burnished or polished to the substrate's specification, with tire marks and delivery scuffing addressed rather than tolerated. Pads and chemistry are matched to whether the floor is polished concrete, porcelain or coated, because the wrong pad dulls a display floor permanently.

    4. Service areas cleaned as industrial space

Bays and the service drive get degreasers and scrubbers rated for automotive soil, on a frequency separate from the showroom. Oil-tolerant methods, correct absorbents and drain-area attention are scoped explicitly, and this equipment never touches the showroom or lounge.

    5. Lounge held through the day

Customer lounges, coffee bars, kids' areas and restrooms are where a customer spends two hours forming an opinion during a service visit. Day porter coverage keeps those reset through the day rather than cleaned once after everyone has already seen them.

    6. Never block a bay or a delivery

Work is scheduled before opening or after close for showroom and lounge, and timed around shop hours for service. Delivery bays stay clear during business hours, because a blocked delivery is a lost customer moment and an OEM survey response.
