Our Method
How we deliver post-construction cleaning
Post-construction is not deep cleaning with a different name. The soil is different, the sequencing is driven by other trades rather than by us, and the deadline is a certificate of occupancy rather than a preference. The failure mode is almost always the same: a contractor books one clean, trades come back through, and the building has to be cleaned twice at the contractor's cost. We phase it so that does not happen.

We price from plans plus a walk, phased as rough, final and touch-up rather than one lump number. Debris volume, finish complexity and glass elevation drive the number far more than floor area does, and high-rise glass and pressure washing are quoted separately because access dictates their cost.
Rough clean, so trades can keep working
Bulk debris, packaging, offcuts and protective coverings are cleared after framing and rough-in. This is a production task, not a detail task, and it is staffed and priced accordingly. Getting it done on time is what keeps the trades behind us moving.
Final clean, top down and dust first
Construction dust is fine enough to stay airborne for hours, so we work strictly top down and capture rather than redistribute: HEPA vacuums on ledges, frames, ductwork, light fixtures, cabinet interiors and window tracks before any wet work. Cleaning low to high on a final is why a building looks dusty again the next morning.
Adhesive, label and residue removal
Stickers, manufacturer labels, adhesive film, paint overspray, grout haze and concrete splatter come off with solvents and blades matched to the substrate. This is where new finishes get scratched, so technicians are trained on what tool touches which surface and anything uncertain gets escalated rather than experimented on.
Floors sealed and finished last
Hard floors are scrubbed, sealed and given their initial finish coats after the trades are clear, with cure time built into the schedule before handover. Putting finish down before the last trade walks through is a guaranteed second mobilization.
Touch-up through owner walkthrough
We stay available for the final pass immediately before walkthrough and clear punch-list items same day rather than scheduling a return trip. Certificates naming your entity as additional insured are issued before we mobilize, not after you chase them.

Labor is workloaded on ISSA production rates, the quality system follows the CIMS management framework, green practice follows Green Seal GS-42, and chemical handling follows OSHA Hazard Communication with EPA-registered products held to label contact time.
