How we clean construction sites
On a jobsite the cleaning contractor is a trade like any other, and the ones that cause problems are the ones that ignore sequencing. We schedule against your trade completion rather than against our own convenience, because cleaning ahead of the work means cleaning twice and cleaning behind it means holding up the punch list.
Scope from drawings, phased not lumped
We price rough, final and touch-up as separate phases from plans plus a site visit. Debris volume, finish complexity and glass access drive cost more than floor area, so a single per-square-foot number for a whole project is a number that will move later.
Mobilize to your site rules
Crews complete your orientation, sign-in and PPE requirements before starting, and work to your safety plan rather than a generic one. Additional insured certificates for general liability, workers' compensation and auto are issued before we are on site.
Rough clean staffed as production work
Bulk debris, packaging and protective coverings are cleared so following trades keep moving. This is throughput work and it is staffed for throughput, which is usually where an undersized cleaning contractor first falls behind the schedule.
Final clean strictly top down
Construction dust stays airborne for hours, so we capture rather than redistribute: HEPA vacuums through ledges, frames, ductwork, fixtures, cabinet interiors and window tracks before any wet work, then glass, then floors. Reversing that order is why a building looks dusty again the next morning.

Adhesive, label, overspray, grout haze and concrete splatter come off with blades and solvents matched to each substrate. Technicians are trained on what tool touches which surface, and anything uncertain is escalated rather than tested on your millwork.

Crew size is set against your turnover date rather than a fixed headcount, and we add shifts or run overnight when the schedule compresses. We stay available through owner walkthrough so punch items are cleared same day rather than as a return mobilization.
